Non-metallic pumps which are specially designed for corrosive and/or abrasive liquid applications.
Typical applications for Munsch pumps are pickling lines in steel mills, acid recirculation plants, waste water treatment, flue gas scrubbing, chemical process industry e.g. chlor-alkali industry and fertilizer industry.
Basically all applications where corrosive fluids (chemicals) need to be handled.
The available MOCs are Polypropylene (PP), Polyethylene (PE-UHMW), PVDF and PFA. Casing and fitting dimensions according to EN 22858/ISO 2858, ISO 5199 complemented by different sizes as per demand.
Pump max capacity: up to 3000 m³/h;
Max total differential head: 100 m.
