Boasting the world's broadest range of products in the industry, Witzenmann offers engineered solutions designed to decouple vibrations, compensate for thermal movement, aid installation and convey a wide range media. As a development partner of customers within the industrial and many other markets, Witzenmann has an extensive portfolio of machinery / tooling, prototype production as well as comprehensive range testing equipment.
As an international group with 24 companies in Europe, America and Asia, Witzenmann is renowned for high quality in the key markets worldwide.
The comprehensive programme combines standard and special designs to provide optimal solutions even for challenging compensation tasks in complex piping systems.
Stainless steel bellows, multi-ply
Standard dimensions from DN 15 to DN 3000
Larger dimensions with diameters of up to 12 m are available as well
Special designs: inner sleeves, special materials,
deviating flange drill templates
For the strictest requirements concerning pressure resistance, tightness, and axial absorption of motions at high load cycle safety. Optimised valve series' with reduced design height and made of various stainless steel grades are available. Versions made of special materials such as Hastelloy, Inconel, Incoloy are available on stock.
ANSI class up to 2,500
Pressure resistance up to 600 bar
Wall thickness up to 8 x 0.50 mm
The hanger travel changes proportional to the load carried. Spring hangers are less expensive than constant hangers and are used where the vertical motion to be absorbed is moderate (max. 60 mm).
HYDRA constant hangers and constant supports are mobile pipe supports with a constant bearing behaviour. The bearing load stays basically constant over the entire hanger travel.
Bearings Programme: Floating, movable, and fixed bearings for industrial pipeline construction.
