The company’s main field of activity is the design and production of high pressure plunger pumps and units for operating pressures up to 3,000 bar / 43,500 psi and motor ratings up to 3,500 kW / 4,700 HP according to international standards (e.g. API 674). The handling liquids - cold or hot, low viscous or pasty, aggressive, abrasive, toxic - as well as liquid gas open wide fields of applications.
The hydrodynamic cleaning of most diverse parts as well as the internal cleaning of autoclaves, spray towers, tanks, containers etc. are one main application.

Energy efficient high pressure pump units for Urea production, e.g. for liquid ammonia or liquid carbamate. Power rates up to 4.700 HP and flow rates up to 10.500 l/min. Fluid temperatures up to 400 °C. URACA development of suction and discharge valves realizes a minimization of the clearance volume. In combination with a maintenance-free discharge pulsation damper, residual pulsations below API 674 Approach 2 can be reached. Pulsation dampers are either of ball or cylinder design.
High pressure pumps according to API 674 are used for multiple process technologies and for up and down stream applications, i.e. for glycol and methanol injection where pressures of up to 800 bar are handled.
Typical downstream application is water injection into the cracking process. Project specific solutions for fluid temperatures of up to 400°C are available. In refineries high operating reliability and long service intervals are to be fulfilled.
High pressure Pump Unit for extraction processes with liquid CO2. The pumps are suitable for industrial use and laboratories. They work at pressures of up to 1,000 bar and handle high mass flows. Carbon dioxide is used particularly in the food, beverage, cosmetics and pharmaceutical industry for extracting natural substances, aromas, fats, oils, waxes, polymers, enzymes and colorants in their supercritical physical state.
